SA Listings provides an online business directory platform that allows South African businesses to:

- Subscribe to premium listing features
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Represent a legitimate South African business or organization
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account

4. Listing Submission and Content
4.1 Content Guidelines
All listings submitted to SA Listings must:
- Represent a legitimate, operating business
- Contain accurate contact information
- Be written in clear, professional language
- Not contain spam, malware, or malicious content
- Not infringe on intellectual property rights
- Comply with all applicable South African laws
4.2 Prohibited Content
Listings must not contain:
- Illegal products or services
- Adult or explicit content
- Discriminatory or hateful material
- False or misleading claims
- Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
- Content that violates any third-party rights
4.3 Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of all content you submit. However, by submitting content to SA Listings, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting our Service.
4.4 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to:
- Review all submitted listings before publication
- Reject or remove any listing that violates these Terms
- Edit listings for clarity or compliance purposes
- Remove listings without prior notice if necessary
5. Pricing and Payments
5.1 Subscription Plans
SA Listings offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing:
- Free Plan:Â Basic listing features at no cost
- Paid Plans:Â Enhanced features with monthly subscription fees
Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.
5.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through PayFast, a registered Payment Service Provider. By making a payment, you agree to PayFast’s terms and conditions. We do not store or have access to your complete credit card information.
5.3 Billing and Renewals
- Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
5.4 Taxes
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable VAT where required by law.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Refund Eligibility
We offer pro-rated refunds under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date
- Refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis for unused time
- The listing must not have violated our Terms during the refund period
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@blu-tec.co.za
6.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partial months of service
- Accounts terminated for Terms violations
- Services already fully consumed or utilized
- Requests made after the 7-day window
6.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method through PayFast.
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account and selecting the cancellation option
- Contacting our support team at support@blu-tec.co.za
7.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles
- Your listing may revert to the free plan features
- No refunds will be provided for the remaining days in the current period (unless within the 7-day refund window)
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Our Intellectual Property
All content on SA Listings, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Blu-Tec ICT (Pty) Ltd and is protected by South African and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Your Intellectual Property
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit
- Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
- You have obtained all necessary permissions for content use
8.3 Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at support@blu-tec.co.za with:
- Description of the copyrighted work
- URL of the allegedly infringing content
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief
- Your electronic or physical signature
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- All defects will be corrected
- The Service will be free from viruses or harmful components
